"I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. "The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "

"We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful resort. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There are many activities at the resort, including an adventure course with zip line, yoga, painting, cooking class, dance performance, games room. Wish we had spent a couple more days at this resort. "

"Unsatisfactory service from the staff. we stayed there for 1 day. During the booking from Hotels.com, we had included breakfast with our stay. But when we went for breakfast, staff argued with us that our reservation didnt include breakfast. "What a place! Just an amazing stay, thanks to brilliant staff and a super-chilled environment. The bungalows are so cute and comfortable. The grounds are so green a lush. The Tiger Team organised a great daytime and nighttime walk in the forest. We saw plenty of animals and loads of birds. Food in the main restaurant is very good. Also the cooking with spices demos are insightful. The small food place net to the bar was a bit disapointing. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Spice Village enough. A true haven of tranquility."

"Everything is in order, and the room is clean with a good AC and a fine bathroom. But at this price point, you naturally expect more. The interior design is very basic, and the recreational room feels like an afterthought, just a carrom board, a dart setup, and a very small TT table with no TT ball. It definitely needs an upgrade. The terrace pool is a nice highlight, but overall the property would benefit from better amenities to match the price."
