The kitchen, living room and bedroom open onto a covered terrace to enjoy sunny days. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, garden furniture and deckchairs for a quiet nap in the shade or in the sun in the enclosed garden.  
The house is located in a quiet area, with walking access to the lake. Take the time to live on the shores of Lake Sanguinet, in a preserved site and in an exceptional environment. The town of Sanguinet offers you a family and peaceful setting, just 15 minutes from the ocean beaches or the Arcachon basin.  
Put down your suitcases and let yourself be charmed by the place.  
Pets not allowed. Possibility of parking 2 cars in the garden.
