« No notice of construction before booking. Less than 24 hour notice of construction workers needing to come in our room and were very forceful and rude. Room was left dirty after construction workers left. Construction workers came in with no notice while we were gone. Construction workers tossing stuff out of the window and coming close to hitting our room window. Doors were always slamming. Hot tub was needing to be fixed a lot. Pool area was always dirty. « Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through...

« Beautiful room! Friendly staff. Lovely view of the city from our room. Google cast was on the tv so we could watch what we wanted. The bed was comfortable, and there was no sound from our other hotel guests on either side so we felt very peaceful. The shower was wonderful, with a regular head as well as a rainfall head, and there was some lovely scented shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers. « This property is OK, but there is absolutely no amenities included. Everything is extra. The rooms are like dorm rooms, although the bed was comfortable. »

« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »
