The rain, although plentiful , , didn’t take any fun . I used the lodge ( community area ) to make a few cups of coffee, tea , and enjoy a few of the cereal bars . There was a digital lock on the room and I felt safe at night . I slept good in the bed so much so that I slept through my alarm . I woke up at 9:15\. It was extremely hard to take the dog out , get coffee in the lodge , get ready and then pack , in 45 minutes to make the 10am check out . The early check experience did pull me out of my zen pretty quickly. I made it out by 10:10, no one was waiting to blow a whistle or anything . I didn’t think at all they would have . My conversations w Ranee before I even paid were valuable . She answered every concern and when she said “I’d love for you to come and stay “ I just paid and hoped for the best and it was fabulous.
