The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The pool looked nice. They were renovating while we were there which was right outside our room so was not as quiet and did wake me up early than I would have liked but it is going to look very nice when they are done. Definitely recommend staying here and especially when renovation are complete.

Everything was very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. I have minor complaints. No Kleenex in the room, no hooks to hang wet towels and the tv was small. Location is great! Would stay here again.

We appreciated having a refrigerator in the room, a coffee maker would have been nice. Housekeeping was difficult to arrange and we had to track someone down for fresh towels. A door tag to request cleaning would be helpful. The pool area could have been cleaner and better maintained, and the lazy river floaties need updating. Also, the “lazy river” has no current. Only the bar pool was heated so the others were a bit chilly in late August. I’d recommend a balcony room and possibly a different location if traveling with kids. On the plus side, all of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Couple friendly, family friendly I felt safe and accommodated. We stayed 4 days the 2nd night our tv didn't work the 3rd night there, which ended being ok. But our air in our room kept cutting off during the night. Other than that I was a great place to stay. We will be back!

The swim up bars were great, but everything closes at 9 including the pools which was interesting. I didn’t know all the pools on put in bay were open to the public so I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known I could just walk in. They were super friendly and nice, but they counted every single towel you took and wouldn’t let you request extra towels. Nice resort but drinks are so expensive and they make sure you don’t bring anythingggg from outside so be sure to bring a few extra hundred for alcohol lol. All jokes aside, it was an okay place and the staff were still super friendly and security at night to get into the rooms was awesome. I felt super safe.

July 2016. Very nice property. Clean, well maintained. Walking distance to boardwalk. Property has security. Vehicle parking available. Golf cart rental available (return by 9pm nightly). Pools are very clean but cold. NO liquids (in your own container) allowed to be brought into or out of pool area. You are allowed to bring in food. DJ does great job with entertainment and games. Note: ALL hotel pools on Putin Bay are open to public !! Brings in people not registered at hotel which I didn't like but their reason is revenue from swim up bar sales. Security does a great job at check point into pool area. I recommend this hotel to everyone !

We had a wonderful time on the island. We would’ve liked to know that the pools weren’t filled with water and the jacuzzi was not hot. Also the property was under construction and we weren’t made aware. We also were locked out of the property the first night we arrived and had to call the night person who showed up promptly but it was early in the night 9pm. Rooms were clean and the rest of the stay was nice.

The hotel was clean and I liked the idea of no carpet. However, there were things that for the price need to be addressed. 1-no Kleenex in the room 2-cheap residential blinds. As soon as the sun was up the room was incredibly bright. 3-no coffee pot in the room 4-ice maker was broken 5-shower is incredibly small 6-towels were cheap and dingey 7-one bar of soap - a minimum of two are needed (sink and shower)
