Love this place but had to give 3 stars because I arrived at 11pm and they overbooked hotel and made go to another low quality property. Otherwise it’s a fantastic hotel and the staff is amazing.

Very nice place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it's close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. Norwalk is nice, absolutely beautiful downtown.

This hotel has a nice location and friendly staff. However, the place is in need of updates like a new mattress, faucet in shower, and TV. I don’t think the mini fridge was working. I put water bottles inside and it was still room temperature the next morning. The room felt a bit damp which explains why the AC was turned down to 61 degrees when we got there to dry it out.
