Welcome to your fantastic vacation rental home in Sandpoint. This is a nicely updated house with smart touches everywhere. You will be delighted with the location, coffee shops, local retail stores, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk down the block. Fully appointed kitchen, 60" TV with SONOS sound system, on-site laundry, private patio area with Weber grill and fire pit. This place is perfect for a weekend visit or multi-week stay. Nice clean house close to everything

Cottage was just right for a couples getaway. Had everything we needed, loved sitting on front porch and watching the world roll by. Bathtub caulking and water pressure could use some attention.

We enjoyed this great little property with a short walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. Perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Small fenced in yard, quiet location. Great for a weekend get away.
