The heart of the property is a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, ideal for socialising, relaxing, and creating lasting memories. Enjoy a film on the 50” Smart TV, or stream your favourite music through the Sonos sound system with integrated ceiling speakers.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes double ovens, a five-ring gas hob, dual air fryer, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, and a central island with breakfast bar seating perfect for casual meals or entertaining. Bi-folding doors open from the living and dining areas onto the decked sun lounge and enclosed garden, while French doors lead to the rear patio and barbecue area, offering multiple outdoor spaces for relaxation or alfresco dining.

Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£100) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)   
  
Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.
