The only thing I would point out that could be a negative is the absence of small wash clothes. Otherwise I would recommend staying here, We are dog lovers as well and thought the dog bowl’s were great !"

"We had a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the fabulous harbour. We had everything we needed including robes, slippers and a really comfy bed. The cleaning staff were lovely and always had a warm smile and said hello. Unfortunately the staff on reception seemed to keep their heads down or talk amongst themselves as we went in and out of the hotel. Also, we went to sit outside to have a drink and soak up the sun for an hour and the bar staff in The Jetty informed us that they don't serve outside and that we'd have to order inside and take it with us. Very odd for a 5* hotel...? Other than that we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend to others."
