Conveniently located near some of the best beaches, pubs/clubs, golf courses, fishing spots and more that the south coast has to offer. Onsite parking for boats and close to the local boat ramp. Only approximately 2.5 hours drive from Sydney, making it an ideal place for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Property Layout: 4 bedroom double story home with a large covered outdoor area with a fire pit and bbq. Guests: Relax at the park comfortably sleeps 10 People Bedding Configuration Bedroom 1 Upstairs - 1 x Queen Bed with ensuite with a spa bath and walk in robe, TV Bedroom 2 Upstairs - 1 x tri bunk (Double on bottom, Single on top) 1x Single Bed, TV Bedroom 3 Downstairs - Wheelchair friendly - 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 4 Downstairs - Wheelchair friendly - 1 x Queen Bed Additional Single day bed with trundle upstairs with a kitchenette & TV Living: Large lounge area with flat screen TV. Linen Relax at the Park does provide linen for your stay, however please bring your own beach towels. Wifi Relax at the Park does supply wifi for your stay however we cannot guarantee the reliability of the network. External Security Cameras down both sides of the house, the front entryway of the house at the front door and on the back deck area facing into the back yard. Arrivals and departures On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ. Please Note - Should you require wheelchair access please advise us during the course of your reservation. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
