New, T2, 52m2, ideal couple, completely renovated (paintings "Biologic" among others) The apartment is located in the hyper-center of Sanary sur mer, 3min walk from the port, 9 minutes from the beach Bonnegrâce and 2 steps from all the entertainment. Filed 3 \*\*\* by the tourist office. In a very nice building with lift, on the 2nd floor, in a quiet area. Very bright apartment with open views (1 bay, 2 French windows and 2 windows). Small terrace with garden furniture. Fully equipped independent kitchen, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (4 kg) Very large living-dining room with leather sofa and large SONY Bravia TV. Innova brand air conditioner. Bedroom with very large closet dressing, iron and ironing board. 160x200 bed with natural latex mattress (new 2018). The room has a big fan. Bathroom with bathtub equipped with a shower column and a shower screen. Independent toilet. Access to the residence is secure (intercom and digicode). Private and secure parking in the basement of the residence: account of the configuration of it, as in all underground car parks, the maneuvers are delicate for very large vehicles. Examples of maximum size: 2008 Peugeot, Dacia Duster ..... SUV of medium size. Free WIFI. This small fishing port full of charm has kept all its authenticity and quality of life. You will enjoy walking around the center of Sanary with its beautiful streets, shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, cinema and of course the GALLI theater. Sanary, splendid famous fishing port, with its small boats called "the sharp ones", prospered from the 16th century, it owns a fortified tower built towards 1300. You can buy fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, cheese every day on the market (2min walk), not to mention the fish that the fishermen sell themselves on the port. You will not miss the very big market of the Wednesday elected most beautiful market of France in 2018. Note: night market every night in July and August on the port. .Visited sites: Boat trips from the port of Sanary: \- The Calanques of Cassis, the island of Embiez, island of Porquerolles, visits of the harbor: dolphins and whales (boat "The Southern Cross") Visit Toulon by boat with the small ports of Saint Mandrier, Tamaris, Les Sablettes. Die Lage ist optimal, Supermarkt und Bäckerei in der Nähe, 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, geben ausführliche Informationen und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Tout était parfait. Tous les commerces,la plage à 5 mn de l appartement, tous les matins marchés aux fruits, légumes, poissons, produits régionaux et le soir marché de produits locaux.Tres belle ville. Endroit calme surtout la nuit. Nous nous sommes bien reposés. Propriétaires très gentils. Je recommande cette location. Nous y retourneront l année prochaine. ##### Christian D. Tout est conforme aux photos avec des instructions détaillées très précises. Appartement lumineux, très propre, literie confortable, bien équipé Très bien situé près de la zone piétonne avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Promenade tout près (port,plage,village,...) Nous connaissions déjà sanary mais nous voulions un appartement près de la mer et du centre ville . C est chose faite !!! Tout est parfait, l appartement est très bien équipé et de plus avec goût . Il est idéalement situé tout près du centre et des plages à pied , en gardant un calme absolu pour dormir paisiblement. Tout est soigneusement pensé, mr et mme dalliere sont des gens attentionnés et charmants !!! Nous avions déjà le coup de cœur pour sanary, aujourd’hui nous avons trouvé l appartement qui va avec 😊!! A 2 pas du centre et du port, plages à proximité, marché alimentaire tous les jours et très grand marché le mercredi matin et marché nocturne tous les soirs !! Jun 4, 2019 #### Toller Urlaub in Sanary sur mer Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sie haben alles gut erklärt und waren zur vereinbarten Zeit an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gelegt. Sie ist wirklich gut am Rande der Altstadt gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte und man hat alles was man braucht Geschäfte, Restaurants und den wunderschönen Hafen mit vielen historischen Fischerbooten.
