The large living room, adjacent to the kitchen, is perfect for relaxation and socializing. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready to accommodate all your culinary needs, making it ideal for family gatherings.

The primary suite is a luxurious retreat featuring a king-sized bed, an attached ensuite with a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, double sinks, and a generous walk-in closet for all your belongings. Enjoy direct access to the backyard through the oversized patio door, leading to a serene outdoor space.

Our additional two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with queen-sized beds, ensuring comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. For entertainment, the home offers a 65” Smart TV in the living room and a 55" Smart TV in the master bedroom, complete with Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Outdoor Oasis:

The backyard is a true sanctuary! Relax and unwind in your private saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the adobe-style fireplace. Practice your golf skills on the 3-hole putting green while taking in the breathtaking view of the 3rd hole green. Enjoy outdoor dining with our Weber BBQ grill, making it a perfect spot for family cookouts.

Community Amenities:

As our guest, you'll have access to the fantastic amenities of Johnson Ranch, a private community featuring an 18-hole championship course, practice putting and chipping green, and a full-sized driving range. Enjoy 3 community pools, several parks with play equipment, a free 9-hole pitch-and-putt course, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond.

Pool Heating Information

During the warm months of June, July, August, and September, heating the pool is generally unnecessary, allowing you to enjoy the pool at a comfortable temperature naturally.

For the months of October, November, March, and April, pool heating is available at a rate of $150 per week, or any portion of a week.

In the cooler months of December, January, and February, the pool heating fee is $175 per week, or any portion of a week.

Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated during your stay, so we can ensure it is ready for your arrival.



Security Note:
Our property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and security cameras. The camera at the back of the home can be turned off by guests at the front door when the home is occupied for your privacy.
