« Hotel conçu pour un climat chaud ( air conditionné, ventilateur, très aéré ) mais Baguio, c'est la montage, 1 500 m d'altitude. Donc il fait froid partout : chambre, salle de bain, restaurant. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres. Des ouvertures partout, c'est bien pour la proximité avec la nature, mais des courants d'air qui amplifient le froid. Hotel avec un beau potentiel, mais pas adapté au froid, c'est dommage. »

« We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Baguio! We were a family of 8 and stayed for 3 days in the 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath unit, which was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The master’s bedroom had a beautiful mountain view that made our mornings even more special. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The room attendant was also very friendly and even helped us...

« Hotel neuf tres propre, techno, personnel tres avenants, seul hic, tous les planchers sont en tuiles autant dans les chambres que corridors, de plus les bas de portes sont ajoures ce qui fait qu’on entend les gens marcher et parler dans les corridors, on entend aussi marcher les gens dans la chambre au dessus. « L'hôtel est au centre-ville de Baguio. L'hôtel donne sur une rue passante donc bruyante. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour une qui donne sur l'arrière. Un peu moins bruyant mais bruyant quand même. Ne pas demander des renseignements sur les bus car ils vous donnent des informations erronées. »

« The following have to be requested daily: Bath soap (tiny) and shampoo (small packet) Mske up / clean the room Picture of the balcony in the ad is misleading as the room (#8209) we were provided are just bare cement, missing the wood planks. Tight parking garage, happy we got our car in and out unscathe. Noisy people in the hallway in the middle of the night, the 3 nights we stayed there. Good thing it is close to the park and other attractions. »

« This place is horrible! The manager, Kurt should NOT be in his position. He catered to a fellow Filipino over me when I waited in line first while the other guest skipped ahead of us. It was his way of “de-escalating” the situation when I called out the guest for getting ahead of me. For the amount of money you pay, you would expect such standards from service to updated rooms, but room was very outdated for $150 plus a night!!! Make sure you have transportation or else you will be walking ways...

« We enjoyed our 3-night stay in 1-bedroom unit. Facility grounds was very beautiful and well maintained. The unit was very clean and comfortable and fully furnished. The kitchen area was clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. We want to thank our host Zeny who was very kind and accommodating.
