The room was pretty roomy and very clean; bed and pillow was very comfortable. Shower was good. The room had a microwave which was very convenient. And the location of the hotel is quiet and near a lot of food choices.

Clean and elevator is fast. I like the staff but they just forgot to offer my treat as a Hilton Honor member. Parking is great. Breakfast the egg is great compared to outer hotels.

Our stay was nice and everything looked clean. However after we checked out we received a call, we were accused of taking their pillows and leaving ours by mistake. I informed we didn’t have any pillows of our own nor did we take any from them. Made us feel we stayed in an unsanitary room, as we slept on pillows that belonged to the last guest. I emailed the manger, which was very understanding and provided a full refund. Please check your pillows. Make sure they are hotel pillows.

never fails in terms of cleanliness and friendly staff. This is our favorite place to stay in SMX. For breakfast, Bacon is our favorite ! Staff are quick to clean & assist guests. Hoping they would bring back the free parking. Definitely booking again when in SMX.
