We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and all the staff were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. El Conquistador Resort
Lovely resort, wonderful amenities, great food. However, seemed to be very very understaffed. The wait times to get checked in, and later to the island were over an hour, which was disappointing as we were only there 2 days. Wonderful place for families, though!
