Lovely place

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 6. It was stocked with all the essentials. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again.

Excellent property

The location was excellent for our stay. Perfect for the beach and lots of things to do within walking distance. The owners were good to work with. We only had one issue with a tripped breaker but we had to many things going at the same time. Very quick response and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed with this propoerty.

Beautiful view

Checkin process was seamless. Even with the power outage communication with the host was great and were able to accommodate. They also included so many things to do while in town. The guards and security protocol were great and helped me feel safe with 2 teenagers walking around the property. Beautiful view of the beach and mountain, will come back!

Confortable Family Apartment

Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the center of Isla Verde tourist zone. Impressive views to the beach from the living room and balcony, and nice views to the city from the kitchen and dinning room, makes this vrbo rental enjoyable.

Clean, bright, modern and steps to the ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were six adults and there was plenty of room. The condo has been recently renovated and is very modern. Close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife, it is perfectly situated to enjoy everything PR has to offer.

Beachfront Gem

Host was super responsive and accommodating. Safe and secure building. Loved the access to the beach and the availability of rental chairs and umbrellas in addition to the beach items available in the apt. Come prepared to rest and enjoy the amenities and the view.

Perfect location

The apartment was beautiful and the view from the balcony, incredible. Walk outside and we were on a beautiful and peaceful beach. Easy walk to some stores to stock up on necessities. I agree that it was loud at night, but it is on a main street, and that made it easy to get everywhere. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and value

Our family of 5 including three teenagers stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the location and condo. We found it centrally located to explore old San Juan to the west and Fajardo to the south. Condo was clean and comfortable. It’s an urban area so expect loud outside noise on weekend nights especially but we slept just fine. The pool, BB court and beach access are great. Building is very secure. Many restaurants close by and parking was convenient. Super market also close by. The plumbing in the master bath toilet and other bathroom shower drainage is not ideal but we dealt with it just fine. It’s not an owner issue —they are very responsive—it is a building issue. We would highly recommend this place.

Isla Verde Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was outstanding and it was close to everything in San Juan. Be sure you get the check in instructions before you get there as it is not a 'traditional' lobby and you need to understand the specific instructions. Also note it is on a busy street so while you have lots of options nearby you also have quite a bit of noise. As I said at the beginning, this was a great place to stay. The pictures are accurate and the location is close to all of the activities you will want to explore.

Beautiful condo

Love the place, the views and amenities were great. Only thing I would change is the door. The door would get jammed and we would have to pry our way out. Not sure of there is paint and when its hot the door expanded. But, we would have to use tools to get out or use the gated door instead.

Our condo was absolutely breath taking! The view looked photoshopped it was so stunning. The beds were comfortable and the entire place felt like a home away from home. The condo had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning and we even made dinner a couple of nights. The host sent us a lot of information about places and restaurants to visit in the area which was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning to this condo in the future. If you’re considering visiting Puerto Rico this is the place to stay!

Amazing View

Spectacular view, great location. Walking distance from restaurants, and shops. Close Drive from Airport and Old San Juan. Pool and Beach are right outside very secure building. Due to humidity door to hallway did get stuck, maintenance responded right away. The AC in the living area did not work well. AC in bedrooms were great, sleepy arrangements very comfortable, overall condo was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great time.

The location is superb. The building itself and the property are well maintained. The apartment however is slightly dated.The leather couch needs replacing as it has no spring left in it. The dining room chairs are fragile and the sheets do not stay over the mattress as they are slightly worn out.The beds are very comfortable and again location location location. I did reach out to the manager of the location who never responded to my enquiries.

Beautiful beach condo

We enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony. The beach was lovely. The pool was never over crowded or loud, it was nice and relaxing. The appliances (washing machine, kitchen appliances…) were in good working order. The window treatments were pretty dusty and difficult to open and close. It would be nice if a few necessities could be provided, like dishwasher soap, extra toilet paper, a dish cloth and a roll of paper towel. Overall we had a very nice stay and would stay again.

Beautiful Place!

We LOVED our stay here. The condo was beautiful and roomie for our family of 6 with three teenagers and a 5 year old. We had everything we needed. Note…the master bed was sooooo comfortable. Walgreens is directly across the street if you need to pick up anything. The view is a million dollar view. Location here is prime. You can walk to everything you need. It’s a short ride to Old San Juan. The property itself is a gated property that can only be accessed with a fab from beach and street. There is also a doorman/security guard downstairs 24/7. That’s nice but no need to worry, this area is very safe. We walked around everywhere and didn’t worry once. The people of Puerto Rico are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Highly recommend this condo, you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back!

View from balcony was beautiful

The view from the balcony is gorgeous! It truly makes the unit. Kitchen and living room were updated. Beds were comfortable. This is not a pristine, high end condo but clean, bright, with beautiful views and quite adequate for our needs. There was a problem with the entrance door to the unit not opening but we were able to lock the outer gate, and the property manager was responsive and initiated efforts to rectify the problem. The hallways in the building are a bit dismal. The security staff were helpful and friendly. This appears to be a very safe building. The pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed the beach and swimming in the beautiful warm water. The building is in walking distance to everything you need. Very convenient location. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall These comments are based upon other rental experiences. We arrived knowing that there was a complete kitchen. There was, and we packed accordingly, however, it did not have any paper towels or coffee filters. That made it necessary to run out to the store the first morning. There was no person checking on us. There was no housekeeping. Yes, there is a washer, yet if you wanted to clean bedding or towels, you had to furnish your own detergent. The noise from the street below at all hours of the night was very, very loud. The unit yet is said to be mostly refurbished. I would say that the big stuff has been done, but the niceties, like complete door sets, so the door could be kept closed are missing. On the positive, the location is central. Many restaurants are available, and all of that is in the property details.

The PERFECT place…..but…..

Just completed a 2 week stay at this beautiful Isle Verde condo! Place is just as it is in pics. The pool area, beach, and local eateries will keep you busy on a daily basis. Ate many meals on the balcony with the cool breeze hitting you. Wonderful people in and around the complex. Made SO MANY friends! However…a warning…just as others have previously commented. The street below is LOUD! And we’re not just talking daily traffic. It is the line of motorcycles and souped-up cars that parade up and down the street from 10pm until dawn. Not helping are the three 24-hour bar/restaurants in the vicinity. Weekends are the worst. There are 3-4 nice high rises in the vicinity…I don’t know how the full-time residents allow this to continue to happen. To buffer the noise at night, we kept on the general condo AC….the individual bedroom AC and a wave/noise machine. These helped a little. Sad that this problem affects what would be a magical stay.

Amazing place! A few things to note.

This was a great place to stay in Puerto Rico. You cannot beat the view from the balcony. It was the greatest view I have ever seen. We loved sitting out there in the mornings while drinking our coffee. The complex is also just steps from the beach and it was very easy to access it through the courtyard. The owner was kind, helpful, and made things very easy for us. The living area and kitchen look amazing and contain everything you would expect in a rental apartment. They even had a blender we used to make homemade pina coladas. The air conditioners worked great and there was a nice cross wind that came from the ocean so we didn't even have to use them most of the time. There are few small things to note. First, as others have mentioned, the street noise is loud on some nights. Parties and very loud motorcycles/cars seem to be the culprit. Second, some of the items in the bedrooms and hallway are a little run down (doors need painted or replaced, blinds need replaced, etc.) Lastly, the building does have older plumbing so you cannot flush toilet paper. Everything has to go in the trash or you will be fined. We thought this was an amazing place for the price we paid. We chose to stay here with friends instead of getting separate hotel rooms and we were glad we did.

I will start off by saying the property manager was nice and responsive and allowed early/late checkout, the apartment has a beautiful beach view from the living room only… At first glance of the photos you’d think you have an updated modern apartment but it’s just not. The front door to the apartment kept sticking and was so hard to open and close (if you book here make sure you have a strong person with you - you literally need two hands to open/close the door), You cant flush toilet paper down the toilet because the pipes are old and narrow, they want all USED/DIRTY toilet tissue to be discarded in the trash (owner left a note on toilets informing of this), the shower in the 1st bathroom kept clogging, bathroom sink made a loud banging noise once turned on, dishwasher didn’t work, common areas and elevators have no air conditioning, mattresses were stained but sheets and linen were clean. The pool was closed during half the day for cleaning/maintenance with no notice but never appeared clean. Thank god for the beach. The area was ok. Bars were ok and opened late but all the bigger/nicer restaurants closed 8/9pm. My overall rating is a 3 (being generous) I would not stay here again for the price.
