Modern studio located in the heart of Condado.
Close to restaurants, hotels, and pubs and the beach is a block away.

Apartment comes with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size sofa bed, great for a family of four or two adult couples. Full kitchen amenities including a stove, microwave, and apartment size refrigerator. The studio also includes an A/C unit, a TV, and wifi.

For business travelers, the studio has a desk and chair making it convenient to work on your laptop if needed.

The property has a pool and hot tub, and a gym.

Madeline is an awesome host, when I needed something she didn’t hesitate to bring me what I needed. The condo was exactly how it was pictured very nice with up to date finishes. I definitely recommend my time in Puerto Rico was awesome.

This place just what me and my husband needed! It was near restaurants and literally like two blocks away from condado beach. We liked that the building had security and was provided a key fob to buzz in and out of the building. We didn’t rent a car but it does come with a parking space. We ordered Ubers to old San Juan, plaza las americas and Tmobile district and it was reasonably affordable. We found out lyft is cheaper as it is newer in PR.

Excellent location, very clean room and facilities, host was responsive and accommodating to special requests. Parking is very difficult in Condado and having a dedicated parking space in a secure underground garage made all the difference. Everything was within walking distance. My family stayed in 5 different locations during our stay in Puerto Rico and this was my seven-year-old son’s favorite.

Amazing Stay

I visit PR 3 times a year. I also own a travel agency and often stay at different places to refer to my clients anywhere I stay. In all my years of traveling to PR I can say hands down if you’re looking for a place in San Juan, this is it. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to almost everything. Beaches, restaurants, bars, la placita. If it’s not walkable it’s a short and inexpensive uber ride. Very central. I have family here so I did rent a car, which parking is unheard of in this area but this apartment came with a designated garage parking spot. That alone is worth the booking. Within the apartment we only had one issue with the hot water. I like my water burning hot when I shower, and I thought I may have broken the shower trying to get it warmer. Madeline was an extremely kind and understanding host. The issue was resolved immediately. She responded so quickly to any questions asked and when an issue arose assured it would be fixed and it was. Her customer service was 10 out of 10. She truly cares about you enjoying your stay. The apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed. The balcony was perfect for me, but not much of a view for my mom. lol your view is the roof and some air conditioners but come on you’re in P fkn R, get out and enjoy the beach! The place does come with a pool but with being so close to the ocean we had to force ourselves to use it at least once. I will highly recommend this place for your trip to Puerto Rico!

Great stay for one!

This unit was perfect for a weekend trip to Condado. As a solo traveler I was nervous about feeling secure initially, but getting very clear communication from the host in advance and the overall professionalism of the building and setup of the unit eased all of my concerns. I highly recommend to all!
