Santurce is renowned for its eclectic mix of art, music, and cuisine, all within walking distance or a short ride away. The unit includes a washer and dryer, perfect for extended stays. IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY NOTICE: Please note that rates for dates beyond the next 15 days are intentionally set higher than usual. At this time, we are only accepting reservations within a 15-day window, as the property is currently on the market for sale and we are unable to open the calendar fully. The first bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom for added convenience, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway. The second bedroom has a flat screen TV for your entertainment. PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability. KITCHEN Boho Loft boasts a top-notch kitchen with stone countertops and modern white cabinets for a fresh look. It is fully equipped with beautiful new cabinetry, cooking pots and pans, all kitchen utensils, a full-size fridge, microwave, 4-burner stovetop, oven, toaster, and coffee maker. You'll love preparing your favorite meals in this fantastic kitchen. The kitchen offers seating for 3 guests in the counter stools. GETTING AROUND We recommend moving around via Uber if staying within the general San Juan/Metro area. If you plan to rent a car to explore the island, this property \*\*DOES NOT\*\* have parking. LOCATION Boho Loft is located in Santurce, Puerto Rico. This is considered a trendy and upcoming location in San Juan. From Boho Loft, you are within a 10-minute drive away from the sand, and within walking distance of some of the best dining options, Puerto Rico has to offer. Explore local art galleries, enjoy live music at nearby venues, and savor the diverse culinary offerings ranging from traditional Puerto Rican dishes to trendy fusion cuisine. Don't miss a visit to La Placita, a lively market and nightlife hub where you can experience the local flavor and dance the night away. Forget the rental car — from here, you can easily walk or Uber to many places! The apartment is approximately 10 minutes from the airport, and restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops. THINGS TO DO There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites: Take a short Uber ride and enjoy your day at the beach. The apartment has beach chairs, towels, and coolers for a long day at the beach. Several beaches to choose from! Ocean Park, Isla Verde Beach, Condado Beach, and Escambrón Beach. A Street Art Tour of Santurce - Colorful, vibrant, and artsy, that is Santurce! Reminiscent of Miami's Wynwood Arts District or Chicago's West Loop, this San Juan district's fizzy personality is the result of a community of artists coming together year after year to "fix-up" a forgotten neighborhood. The community of artists grew into a movement motivated by the idea that art can change and heal buildings as well as people. The Condado Lagoon is just a 5 minute walk away! We highly recommend renting a paddle board and enjoying a nice relaxing day at the lagoon. It also has a wonderful jogging trail surrounding the Lagoon which is fantastic. Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship. Spend a day in Old San Juan. The apartment is a 10-minute drive away from the oldest city in all of the US. There’s a lot of history to be seen and great food and drinks to be had. We all loved it!The loft was clean, roomy, and modern. The location was very convenient to the Calle Cerra area walking distance to many restaurants, food trucks, and bars. The beach is walking distance, also, if you're not carrying too much.Host was kind, gracious, and responsive.The only negative / heads-up is that the street out front feels a bit more like an alley - compared to what you may be used to in the US - with dumpsters and trash just outside the building entrance. Don't let that scare you off. Its just a busy and eclectic area with plenty of nightlife. We felt very safe and would stay there again! ##### Tom P. Séjour de 6 nuits en novembre 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### YOLANDA C. 3 janv. 2026 Points forts : Propreté Our stay was a complete disappointment.When we arrived, there were about twenty bags of restaurant and bar trash piled directly in front of the exterior door to our rental, sitting just inches from the entrance. It was incredibly unsanitary and also a clear fire hazard. I contacted the host and was told it was the restaurant’s responsibility and that nothing could be done. This could have easily been handled by staff, but no one was willing to help.Then the water went out. I am a well-traveled and understanding person, and I know Puerto Rico experiences water and power outages due to infrastructure issues. We notified the host and were told it was a city outage, which we understood. However, within four to five hours, water was restored to our block. I confirmed this by speaking with neighbors. Our building, however, did not regain water service for nearly another full day, leaving us without water for approximately 48 hours.What made this even more frustrating was the lack of urgency from the host. No one was sent to check on the issue until the following afternoon. Once a handyman finally arrived, the water was restored within two hours. This clearly shows the issue could have been addressed much sooner. Leaving guests without water for an entire day before even investigating the problem is unacceptable.On top of all of this, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone at this rental company by phone.
