Apex living in Puerto Rico's capital

Cozy, sleek, and modern studio apartment at the top (26th floor) of the tallest residential tower in the city of San Juan. Corner apartment with an amazing 180-degree view of the city including apex views of the Atlantic Ocean beyond the horizon, Condado Lagoon, San Juan Bay, most of the entire City of San Juan, and surrounding communities. And to top it all off, an amazing eastern view of El Yunque National Forest Mountains (Luquillo Mountains).

Being on top of San Juan means a nice cross of trade winds flowing through the studio when the windows are open. Plenty of natural light with very little need for lighting during the day. The amazing northeastern views will allow you to see the amazing sunrises of the Caribbean, and the city at work as the sun crosses throughout the day. The property is well located in the heart of San Juan in the sector of Santurce in the neighborhood of Miramar. Most points of interest in the city are within 5-10 min. drive including Old San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park, Isla Verde, and Luis Marin International Airport.
10-min. walk to the nearest beach at Laguna de Condado where you can swim, paddleboard, and kayak).

Our studio is fully equipped with everything you may need to feel comfortable. Fully renovated bathroom and open kitchen surface-top electric stove with quartz countertop and peninsula for eating. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and basic provisions. In addition, it contains a stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. Renovation of studio floor in February 2024)

Various bath towels and two beach towels are provided for use during your stay as well as access to a beach cooler container and portable beach chair.
Toiletries will be provided.

Free street parking.
For added security, we can provide access to an enclosed secure parking garage that belongs to the adjacent building. The extra fee is ($10) per night for each night of your stay. Space is limited, reservation is required.

The room was nice and clean enough. However, when I arrived I received a call to tell me that I needed to change the apartment the next day, someone else supposed to stay in that room. This was extremely inconvenient since the studio I moving to was not cleaned. The studio I was staying was cleaned first and this was upsetting a bit. I ended up getting a credit which was welcomed. The area is perfect with lots of restaurants and nice things to see.

This is a great apartment. Very very clean and really cool views. The apartment manager checked in by text and quickly answered any and all questions. We had a little oopsie and they handled it with such grace. Their attitude towards their guests is a wonderful refreshing change from how most places treat guests. Would definitely stay again

The apartment itself was beautiful and clean. The hosts are very responsive to messages and concerns! The view is stunning. My biggest issue was the elevators. The apartment is on the 26th floor and I got stuck in one of the elevators. Luckily not for very long, but then had to use the loading elevator for the rest of the trip and that elevator was not very clean and was very slow.

Perfect location for the Convention Center

The unit is clean and simple. The view is absolutely amazing. Enjoyed seeing the skyline from bed and even got a treat of fireworks one night! The walk to the convention center is literally just crossing a street ( from the back parking lot), which was perfect for my event. I would definitely stay here again. Its mentioned that the elevators are old but they worked great for me. The only thing that startled me was that I could hear the elevator doors open and close when inside the unit. Once I knew what the sound was, it barely bothered me again.

Santurce Stay

Property was conveniently located and accessible and quick uber ride to nearby places to see including Old San Juan, El Morro and restaurants. Room was small but clean and had the necessary amenities. The building is older so do not expect any air conditioning in the elevator or hallways. Although the room is nice, the air conditioning could be a bit quieter. The views from the room were stunning, contacting property manager was great and Nelson always responded timely and Balthazar the maintenance manager came quickly when needed to check up on things. Would recommend for convenient location.

We stayed for 8 days in this great place, the view its definitely the best thing, the building is located in a really good place, we usually walked to get places and there is a museum close by, District T-mobile and, laguna el condado just couple blocks down, to get to old san juan it's 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay there, Puerto rico its amazing!

Clean, well maintained apartment in a prime location. It has all basic amenities and a great view of the ocean. Highly recommend this place, if you are looking to stay near Condado beach area. I would definitely stay here, if I visit San Juan again.

Very Cute Studio & Convenient Location!

We stayed here for a week and would absolutely stay again. The studio is very cute & the view of the city and ocean is unmatched! We had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. Our hosts were both very responsive and helpful. It is a short drive, uber, or electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. Definitely consider this spot for your next trip to San Juan!

The Best

AMAZING listing and location

Me and my boyfriend truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful listing . It’s nearby many restaurants and many supermarkets as well as a short drive to Viejo San Juan and a lot of gorgeous beaches. On Top of The World

The host was kind enough to wait for my late night airplane arrival. He showed me all that I needed to know. There is a very efficient use of space and all the amenities one needs. It's a bit of a walk to Condado and nearby restaurants. The very fair price point made that small inconvenience easy to negotiate. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!

Awesome views!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Isla Grande in San Juan. Beautiful views. Clean, tidy studio. Host was helpful. The process for retrieving key & parking was a little confusing, but we made it fine. We just needed accommodations for sleeping after travel & a day in Old San Juan. Location between airport & Old San Juan was convenient. Would stay again.

Cockroaches and dust

I rented this studio for 13 days. Location is good. High floor but we found cockroaches inside the studio. The lamp shades and headboard of bed had alot of dust. When I showed it to the person maintaining the studio , Mr Balthazar, he stated it was not that much dust and that he only has 3 hours to clean between renters checking in. The windows were dirty inside and out and Mr Balthazar stated that the rain will again dirty the windows. There were 2 rugs and both were dirty and dusty. I asked for a blender. They told me there was 1 but I never found it. I was only given 2 rolls of toilet tissue, and Mr Balthazar s. I had to request more. There were only 2 beach towels, 2 pillows and the only bed sheets were on the bed. I requested another set of sheets, 2 more beach towels and 2 more pillows.

Great convention location
