About this property
Isla Verde Beach Paradise
- Relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean in our cozy and remodeled beachfront condo. Enjoy sweeping ocean views and direct beach access. Lounge and relax on our oceanfront balcony. Walk to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. Building has 24 hour security and gated access, we have two private parking spaces in the underground garage. Fully remodeled including a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, windows, and sliding doors.
Our beach home has two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. We have two flat-screen TVs - one in the middle bedroom, and one in the living room. The new kitchen has everything you need: pots and pans, plates, silverware, cups, glasses, mugs. We also have a washer/dryer and central A/C. The condominium has a swimming pool and a gym. Isla Verde is a highly walkable entertainment district, we are located one building over from the Ritz Carlton.
90 day minimum stay. Water, electricity up to $200, 750 mbps high speed internet, TV, and one monthly cleaning are included in the price. Long term rentals are welcome.
