Incredibly clean property. Our room was spotless! Loved the spacious room, especially the walk-in shower. Good variety of food at buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, due to work being performed, the electricity was cut off for hours 2 days in a row This affected hot water, including the pool, which we couldn't relax in after a day of sight-seeing. In all fairness, we were guests during the rainy season, not high season.

Beautiful property! The building and grounds were spotless and beautifully maintained. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel right at home. We had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this property.

Generally it was a great spot and I’d go Back again. Sadly, on a Friday afternoon we went out to the pool and as it was cooler being the start of rainy season, the bar was closed which was disappointing. Also was hoping for more amazing fruit on the breakfast buffet given the location, but the pineapple that was there was fantastic. Otherwise was a great place.

The hotel was more than expected. Outside of the room being huge and clean, the scenery around the hotel was beautiful. You can take a nice calming walk on grounds and just be lost in tranquility. 100% loved it. Great restaurants and bars on the grounds as well

My boyfriend sprained his ankle a few hours before arrival. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, particularly the driver who took us to the airport very early this morning. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We ordered food from the restaurant- plantain coated, crispy fish and the steak risotto. Both were excellent. We did have trouble dialing the restaurant from the room phone - it wouldn’t connect. But does not detract from the excellent customer service and the comfort of the room. We would stay here again.

The staff is always helpful. The rooms are large and clean so are the bathrooms. While we have noted many changes in staff and in dress code, we appreciate the continued professionalism and hard work of each staff member.

Always a good stay at this Radisson. The food is always good. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. While we did have a problem with the air conditioning this visit they resolved it by giving us another room although it was a smaller room the staff was quick to help get us into the new room.
