A fantastic beach front villa located on a 3 mile white sandy beach. Ideal for large group events, weddings or family reunions. The villa has authentic Mexican decor, and three separate kitchens. While staying at the villa you will have the convenience of Wi-Fi and Free long distance While here you may be viewing migrating whales, diving osprey, and the playful jumping manta rays.

Start the morning with a long walk along Costa Azul beach to the fabulous estuary, home to 50 different species of migratory birds. Or throw in your line and catch a sierra for breakfast while watching the sun come up over the magnificent Sea of Cortez. If you like to surf, paddle out to the famous Zipper's surf break directly in front of the villa or take your long board/SUP down to The Rock or Old Man's, an all around surf-break. Sometimes a quiet swim in the pool or at the beach will put you in an amazing state of mind to enjoy the rest of your day.

Restaurants, markets, shopping and cantinas are within walking distance. If you choose not to rent a car, buses and taxis are easy and close. There are several restaurants that are accessible down the beach and no car is needed. The Villa is 5 minutes from the old colonial town of San Jose del Cabo, which has some of the best restaurants at the tip and some of the best shopping, with gifts and artifacts from all over Mexico.

Do yourself a favor and come spend time with us, we will help you discover a part of the Baja you might never see. Trips up both coastlines, diving at Cabo Pulmo (a living coral reef), the small villages of Miraflores and Santiago, waterfalls and the fantastic art community of Todos Santos.

Chris was awesome and super helpful with suggestions of places to go and where to eat! House location was walking distance to restaurants on the beach, siding and grocery. My only complaint is that the pool was freezing and we could not swim in it and this was our number 1 reason why we chose this rental. Place was great and Chris was a great host

A great experience
We really enjoyed our stay. Chris was awesome to help us find transportation, restaurants and shopping etc. The accommodation was perfect for our group of 13. Loved having the beach so close and private yard for our use only. The palapa worked great for our large group and the catering company served an awesome Mexican meal. Each unit was very well stocked. Our children would have loved a heated pool and the showers were not consistently hot! But overall it worked great for us and we would all recommend it.

We absolutely love our stay here! From the time Chris opened the front gate to let us in,we were blown away by the amazing view of the beach and the Ocean. This is exactly what we were looking for, a place right on the beach that wasn't a resort. Chris has a place that is truly one of a kind! It was quiet,relaxing and having the beach literally steps away was fantastic.. Chris was a fantastic host and was very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this beautiful gem to anyone. Absolutely loved our stay in San Jose del Cabo. The town is a nice beach town with some great, friendly people. The house was perfect for us! Everyone had their own space and common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us, including extended family that came over for dinners and gatherings. Authentic Experience in San Jose Los Cabos
The owners, Sheila and Chris were great-- they went out of the way to accommodate us in every way. House is located on a cool part of the beach-- private, quiet, great surfing spot, long walks, horseback rides and more. House is great for groups or families as each of the three levels is set up for independence-- separate kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the Los Cabos side--- more sophisticated with culture, art district, farm to table restaurants, shopping and nice hotels-- you are not landlocked in a resort. We did an art, food, architecture, beach, shopping, hotel tour and enjoyed being out and about and seeing everything new.

Perfect property in perfect location!
We just stayed there with two other families. In all we had 6 adults and 6 children. The setup of the house was perfect for us as we all had our own space but also the convenience of being together in once space when we wanted. The beach and the views were absolutely amazing. Only a 25 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas and 7 minutes to San Jose Del Cabo.
