CURRENTLY, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING IS TAKIING PLACE IN THE AREA, WHICH MAY LEAD TO NOISE DURING WORKING HOURS AND WEEKDAYS. Right at the entrance of the apartment there is a hall with a big built-in wardrobe that leads us to the main bedroom, spacious and very bright, since it’s got 4 windows, this bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower; next to the bedroom and there is also an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine. The last door of the hall gives access onto a large and sunny living room, that has a big dinning table for 6 and a lovely seating area with smart TV; the big windows open up to a long terrace with magnificent views over the Mar Menor sea, such a unique place to enjoy a meal or just chill. From the living room there is a small hallway that takes to another comfortable bedroom with a double bed, the family bathroom with bathtub and a third bedroom with two twins. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and there are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the living room. It has also got wifi connection. Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2024 open from May to the 15th of October. Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning. Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates... Enjoy the unique white sand beach located right in front of the development! A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you'd like to book with this rate, please, do not hesitate to contact us, or just mention it in the section "comments" and we'll change the price and the cancellation policy. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay). Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply. Ikke god sitteplass for 6\. Bare sofa for 3 personer. Bassenger var stengt??. Det fikk vite da vi kom. Wi-fi passord ble feilinformert så vi var uten internett i 3 dager. Apartment accommodation very spacious. Found the apartment spacious with lovely size rooms and magnificent sea view from the balcony. Lovely and clean too. Comfortable beds, however more pillows and hangers needed. More kitchen utensils needed and cutlery (as there were only steak knives). Mugs as well as cups would have been welcomed. There was an ironing board but unusable as no cover. No slip mat in bath - needed for elderly. It would have been good to have had a couple of games/cards handy. Also Welcome Information pack would have been very helpful to us showing emergency numbers and places of interest. The complex was well looked after and swimming pool superb! Only a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach and warm sea. However, it would have also been good to have had a couple of fold up beach chairs for the beach. I’m glad we had a car as cafe/restaurants were a good walking distance away. Apart from the few suggested improvements all of us had a fab holiday at the apartment. ##### Linda M.
