The grounds are absolutely incredible of this resort. The accommodations are gorgeous (we stayed in a room with a small plunge pool and would highly recommend). The staff are so attentive and lovely - particularly Florita as our server encouraging us to try new foods ... All grown on site if you can believe it!! We did a few tours with Mystic River as well and had two amazing experiences with Leslie. His passion for bird watching was contagious! The food ... Incredible. Every meal was delicious. You must visit the onsite garden - I couldn't believe my eyes the variety of fruit and vegetables they were growing. I'm not sure I can say enough amazing things about this place. Coffee in the most beautiful place watching toucans fly tree to tree?? A dream. Everyone we met went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The food was great at the restaurant and the drinks at the bar perfect.
