It was very easy to communicate with the host and when we needed some extra towels they got back to us very fast and we were able to get some. We took one bedroom each. The house and rooms looked exactly as shown in the photos. There was a lovely fireplace in the living area and the kitchen was fully equipped such that we could easily cook meals in the house. The toilets were very clean and with plenty of hot water (we visited in winter) and great water pressure from the rain showers. The mattresses were incredibly supportive and comfortable. The management was also very responsive to our email queries and also fixed a leaking tap in one of the bathrooms within a day. The house is located in a quiet, residential area so a car is needed to move about. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable stay in this house for a 3-week work trip to Stanford University and Silicon valley. Highly recommended. ##### Amy T.
