Life is easy here with 2 parking spots and access to a park and tennis courts right across the street. Quiet bedrooms, relaxing living area with large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect home away from home. Nestled away from the noisy hustle and bustle yet just minutes away by foot or car from almost anything, this location is a rare gem offering the best of both worlds. A beautiful and very quiet 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Sprawling views of the city from the primary bedroom atop lush greenery makes this condo a serene escape. Top unit, so no neighbors above, and only 3 other units with respectful, quiet neighbors in the building. Amenities include: 2 parking spots Tennis courts across the street Wireless Internet Hardwood floors throughout. Very comfortable 2 Queen-size beds. Two large flat screen TVs. Apple TV in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range/stove, microwave, pots and pans, kettle, dishes, flatware, napkins, serving platters and cooking utensils. The location perfect. The street the house is on is fairly quiet, just residential traffic going one way.
