If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Pros: It is steps away from the ocean or Mission Bay. There are so many restaurants and shops on Mission Boulevard. A grocery store is a 15-minute walk away. Better Buzz offers good coffee (5 minutes away). It is 15 to 20 minutes by car to many attractions (Sea World, downtown, Zoo, Balboa Park, etc.). It's a cozy little apartment. The deco is even better in person. Everything you need to cook for four adults and kids dishes are available.Cons: It's a business, and they seem busy. We had only two dishcloths for a whole week. We asked for more, and they responded that they "provide two onsite." We washed them ourselves while doing laundry (a laundromat is available across the street). We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't bother to contact them since every time we did, we felt annoying to them. ##### Jessica O. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. Easy walking distance to grocery stores, drug stores, etc.The rental team was great when we needed new towels due to our family getting the Norovirus while there. We did have to purchase our own toilet paper as the rental comes with a finite amount (definitely adequate if a family wasn't sick). We saw our neighbor only once and never heard him. We would have liked the added security of a deadbolt on the door to our place as it only locked with a code. The code was the same as the gate, so we were concerned that the neighbor may be able to access our apartment as well (never confirmed with the company, so this may have been a needless worry). Overall, it made an excellent home base for our trip to San Diego. ##### Emily T. Stores, restaurants, and ice cream all within walking distance. There's a laundromat across the street if you need and the property had a lot of awesome beach amenities like chairs and boogie boards that our kids loved playing with. The sunset walks are awesome with the boardwalk! Overall a great locations! The property was exactly as listed, the only things to consider is parking and temperatures. It was a little humid and summer temps when we were there and outside there was a great breeze, but inside the breeze just seemed to die. We kept all windows open and all fans running the entire time but it was still pretty warm in the house. On top of that the loud street noise on the side next to the bedrooms had us using our headphones at night to drown it out in order to sleep and still keep the windows open for air. Still no regrets staying there, but just something to consider if you are warm blooded. As for parking, it was a real challenge to find street parking, highly recommend you do not bring a car! ##### Hilary S. They have a nice set up inside and on the patio. They have chairs and some beach toys which was nice. I liked that the second bedroom had 2 bunkbeds which was great for the kids. I wish that they would leave a broom/dust pan for guests to use since it is right on the beach. It would've been nice to be able to sweep as needed expecially having kiddos. They also only had two rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for a week. So, we had to go buy our own during our stay, but thats okay. There is no air-conditioning at this house. They did have fans to use, but one was broken, and a couple didn't work very well. It wasn't as huge deal since the weather wasn't crazy hot, but that could be an issue during summer. Our biggest issue here was parking. I know they said there was no parking, but they mentioned close parking on the street. However, beware this is not the case. This area is so packed. All on street parking is 15 min to 2 hour parking, and finding any available is ridiculous to say the least. There is a paid parking lot a little ways down from there, but for 10 hours of parking you are looking at $130 bucks. Safe and clean area close to everything. Brought my two teen daughters and they each brought a friend. The bunk room was perfect for them. Only thing to look out for, which has nothing to do with the property itself - if you have a rental car, parking in the area can be quite difficult.
