Owner easy to communicate with before/during check-in. BUT they need to put some more money and effort in to the home. Cheap seating, the couch is modular and doesn't stay together, foam mattresses not preferred. All the furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. Patio table is warped, not for eating. The pool table is small and should be thrown out (broken bumpers). The garage was just a garage with a bad pool table, not a game room. Silverware and cookware was cheap and needed attention. (Ice cream bent my spoon and the pan handle was loose). I thought the dishwasher door would fall off and the stovetop didn't work entirely. In conclusion, they need to put a bit more effort and money into this place. It could be really cozy and you can tell the owners care, just needs some love and coziness. ##### Jon L. Close location to everything! We were there for family weekend at SDSU and the time we spent at the house was spent in the yard or playing pool. The beds were so comfortable! The backyard is great for unwinding with a drink by the pool, and kitchen & living room areas have a nice ambiance for relaxing evenings. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Davis K.
