There were 2 units (upstairs and downstairs) as advertised, an oversized patio downstairs and pretty large deck upstairs. Both units felt new and were very nice throughout. There's also a large sandy area right outside the door (before you get to the public beach) that felt like a private vip beach area. We rented both the upstairs and the downstairs unit for the whole family. While you have to go outside to get from one unit to the other, it wasn't a problem. Had everything we needed. Great patio, quiet and perfect for the young ones to hang out on the beach right outside while you enjoy your morning coffee. Everything within 20 minutes.
