Located in North Mission, you'll find everything you'll need -- from restaurants to cute shops to beach rentals -- merely blocks away. So what are you waiting for?! Your Southern California adventure starts NOW. The Space: This is a three-level townhome. The first level has a large living space with a sleeper sofa, 60" smart TV and fast Wifi. The second level has a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom with shower and a queen bedroom with a private patio. The third level has two bedrooms: one w/California King, and a smart TV. The second one has a queen bed & a bunk bed as well as a private patio. There is also a jack-and-jill style bathroom on the third level. There is ample parking in the large 2 car garage, and an additional 3rd spot if you park parallel to the garage. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and patio with no shared space. However, please note that the attached 3 bedroom townhome next door is also short term rental. The home is separated by a shared wall and a locking hotel style door on the second level that will remain locked on both sides unless you rent both homes and book together for a 6 bedroom, 4 bath (sleeps approx 18) . Guest Access: The entire property, including all balconies and the patio, are exclusively yours. The Neighborhood: Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community and the ideal spot to "live at the beach". Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and Belmont Park are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away). Seaworld, Downtown San Diego, the world-famous Zoo, Balboa Park and La Jolla are all within easy reach. Getting Around: Looking for a way to get around Mission/ Pacific Beach during your stay? They and their parents stayed in the bedrooms on the top floor and I (grandmother) stayed in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The house was very clean, parking was fine, easy to get in and out of the garage. The beach was just a short walk away. Check-in was easy. Communications with the host were great. They quickly brought us some needed sheets for the sofa bed. The location was perfect as it was far enough from Belmont Park to avoid the chaos yet an easy walk. We loved how the property was situated in between Belmont and the main pacific beach areas. It gave us the ability to easily walk there, yet enjoy less foot traffic in beach and boardwalk. The home was clean and comfortable and the garage parking was a bonus. There were 2 beach bikes, 4 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards, a large and small beach umbrella and we used all of them. We ate most of our meals outside on the large table and enjoyed the ocean being a 20 second walk away. We just absolutely loved our time and will hopefully come back soon.
