You can walk your dog to Dog Beach (the best dog park you've ever seen!). Walking distance to restaurants, bars and quirky beach shops. This 5-unit bldg. is turnkey offering an exclusive common area for residents with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pit.... A perfect way to relax after a day at the beach! There is no need to bring your beach items! We have a decent supply of towels and sunscreen and there is a storage room with free access to frisbees, balls, beach chairs, umbrellas, baby items, wagons, etc. You will find people in this area are very friendly. Brought our two dogs and loved that the location had dog bowls, treats, etc. waiting for us. We also appreciated that the manager was quick at responding to questions.
