My favorite place by far to stay in San Cristobal
Love staying here. It feels like you are going back in time a bit, but with all the comfort needed. There is so much history and adventure expressed in this, what was once the home of an adventurous couple. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Lovely Hotel / Cabin
Wonderful experience. Staff was lovely and so accommodating. The log cabin was so cute. It does get a little chilly at night but the fire place and extra blankets were very sufficient. Really enjoyed my stay and HIGHLY recommend. Love the museum and garden aspect of it as well. 😊

The place is old and rustic..
The bed is comfy but the blankets are heavy and you can barely move ☹️ it has a really old feel.. the pictures make it look alot better.. just not my kind of place 😕 its also kind of far from town center, the location is bad 😢

Hotel Na Bolom - San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. If you like a rustic room with extra blankets and a clay fireplace with wood and matches provided away from the noise next to a lovely courtyard where breakfast included is served, this is the place. It's a 10 minute walk on colonial streets to the main street and 10 minute walk on that to the central plaza. Buy leather goods at great prices!

So much character!
Such a magical place! Some of the comforts may not be what you'd expect from a "normal" hotel--some rooms are musty and the showers are a little unpredictable--but the unique charms of the building win out. Fascinating building and decor, kind staff, good breakfast.

Amazing place doing such interesting things. The rooms are delightful. The restaurant also. And the garden is gorgeous! And don’t leave without looking at the museum and all the amazing photos and artefacts.

Todo excelente, excepto la cama que está un poco desvencijada, los jardines increibles y es un lugar con amplia y agradable historia. Todo padre. Les recomiendo las habitaciones del jardín, y las quesadillas de flor en la mañana (incluidas) wow.

Este hotel es toda una súper sorpresa agradable, es muy acogedor, los desayunos riquísimos y está a unos 8 minutos del centro, tiene un jardín precioso y una exhibición de fotografías antiguas muy bonitas, lo único que le agregaría sería una televisión y eso porque con eso me duermo, su biblioteca es interesante y la arquitectura mexicana me encanto, lo recomiendo mucho!!!!

Excelente lugar
Para llegar al hotel es muy fácil, tiene buena ubicación, está cerca de las atracciones turísticas, el hotel es también un museo y si te hospedas ahí es gratis el recorrido, los cuartos cuentan con chimenea que es excelente para el lugar que es muy fresco, el servicio del desayuno es excelente y bien servido además que son muy amables los que están ahí, lo recomiendo tanto precio como servicio y comodidad..yo sí regreso

Trato muy amable de la gente del hotel. Las habitaciones confortables, la experiencia de encender la chimenea es única. La calidad de los alimentos del restaurante es muy buena y el precio muy accesible. Muy recomendable para las vacaciones.

Estan anunciando que el hospedeje son cuartos de una casona, cuando a nosotros nos alejaron en unas cabañas al fondo de la propiedad, lejos de la casona. Es un anuncio muy engañoso y deberian modificarlos. Quede muy decepcionado.Estas cabañas estan pegados a las viviendas del velador y de la lavanderia del hotel, nada que ver con el anuncio. Pesimo, ademas el cuartucho horrible, oscuro con baño diminuto, lavaba casi cayendose y goteras en el grifo...repito horrible.

Habitaciones pésimas pero buena comida
El hotel tiene una parte de museo , pero la habitación que me asignaron es pésima hasta el último rincón del hotel , olor a viejo , entre plantas , obscura , muy ecológico pero con aspecto viejo y sucio ... no me gusto el hospedaje , el restaurante muy bueno y la parte principal de la casa muy bonito , lo promocionan en expedía con desayuno completo y es mentira solo es café y pan ... y te dicen que es problema de la página, pero cómo yo lo llevaba por escrito en la reserva lo exigí y me lo dieron completo , muy rico por cierto , pero las habitaciones pésimas ...

Un lugar limpio, bonito, para relajarse! Lo único es que le falta cambiar los colchones un poco duros! Lo que me encanto es la hamaca saliendo de la alberca en el jardín teniendo espacio deberías poner más de 4 hamacas

Bonito jardín. El estacionamiento está lejos de las habitaciones y si llueve no puedes ir a tu coche. Pagamos con desayuno completo incluido y solo nos querían dar desayuno ejecutivo. Tuvimos que hablar e recepción y nos lo hicieron valido. Pero dicen que la información de expedía está mal. Que no es desayuno completo. Al final se arreglo pero no debería uno estar con esos inconvenientes sino llegar y disfrutar de tu hotel justo por lo que pagaste. Quien no reclame se queda así engañado.
