With a southwest exposure, this triplex apartment located on the garden level of a welcoming residence is just 300m from the village center and 50m from the ski bus.  
Type T5 apartment featuring a beautiful terrace, comprising:  
Ground floor:  
Entrance with ski storage.  
Living room with equipped kitchen (cooking plates, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher).  
Beautiful terrace.  
Shower room with toilet.  
First floor:  
1 double bedroom (140 cm).  
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm) and a balcony.  
Bathroom.  
Separate toilet.  
Second floor:  
2 double bedrooms (140 cm).
