One of the most beautiful beaches of the north coast, Itacimirim enchants by its tranquility and natural beauty.
House located in the Condominium Cove Beach expected, consisting of 01 one-story suite with air conditioning, 02 suites with balconies (upstairs), 01 bathroom, large L-shaped room, kitchen, balconies (front and back), pool, gazebo with barbecue and toilet, parking spaces, garden, orchard.
The recreation area condo has playground, sports courts, 24hr security, gatehouse with concierge and five (5) gates that give access to the beach of Hope in Itacimirim. Ice cream parlor. All this 38 km from Salvador, just 5km from the Praia do Forte, and 6 km from Guarajuba.

A casa é bastante aconchegante, com todos os utensílios, eletrodomésticos e móveis necessários. A piscina estava sempre limpa e com temperatura agradável. A anfitriã, além de muito atenciosa, nos auxiliou em todos os momentos da viagem.

Reservar esta casa foi muito simples. Nossa anfitriã foi desde o início até nossa saída, extremamente acessível e amável. Não se deixe impressionar com a falta de asfaltamento do condomínio. Me parece ser opção dos moradores, donos de casas amplas e charmosas e acessos exclusivos á praia! A casa onde ficamos é muito aconchegante e muito bem dividida em dois pavimentos! Com muitos plantas ao redor, a casa tem a área da piscina ampla e bem privativa o que permite boa diversão sem preocupações! Suítes com bom espaço e móveis de apoio! Cozinha ampla com todos os utensílios e sala e varandas bem agradáveis! Não espere uma casa com itens de luxo, mas tudo funcional, bem organizado e familiar! No segundo dia já nos sentíamos em casa! Gostei muito! Voltaremos!

O imóvel tem toda a estrutura para uma confortável estadia. Dotado dos equipamentos necessários, quartos amplos, todos suítes, piscina, internet, churrasqueira, etc .... Perto da praia (Caminhada de cinco minutos). .Não bastasse, a proprietária é superatenciosa. Recomendo, com certeza.
