PASION - Only Families House - Private Pool

The Passion House is a beautiful townhouse located in the Cap Salou area, perfect for a family or friends' vacation. This house features a private pool and a very charming and well-maintained garden, with a very comfortable terrace for relaxing and a fantastic built-in barbecue.

- Pool Hibernation: Not available from November 1st to April 30th. Check availability.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, which is very spacious and bright, you will find the living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher, and a courtesy bathroom. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms. One of them is en suite, with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The other three bedrooms are one with two single beds, another with a trundle bed, and the last one with bunk beds. Additionally, on this floor, there is another full bathroom with a bathtub.
- Garage not available. Easy free street parking.

The Pasión House is located in the Cap Salou area, very close to La Pineda beach (600 meters) and the commercial and leisure zone. It is the perfect house to enjoy all the essence of the Costa Dorada.

Overall excellent

Nice house in a perfect location only five minutes from supermarket and bus. Only minor issues which were fixed almost immediately. Very helpful staff
