This area is quiet and private, with beautiful sea views and just 50 metres from the beach. The location is ideal for spending fantastic holidays by the sea.



The house is equipped with all community amenities, including an outdoor community parking without an assigned space, garden with a private swimming pool exclusive to the White Houses.



It has two double rooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, all with built-in wardrobes, and a full bathroom with shower. In addition, it has a spacious living-dining room furnished with TV, sofa bed, table and chairs, with access to a spectacular 20-metre terrace with views and access to the sea. The open kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances, including a dishwasher.
