This was the perfect gem for my kids (5 and 6) and I to stay for a week away. The beach is steps away, no need to cross the street, quiet at night, with very friendly neighbors. Beach was perfect, center was only a 5 minute walk, and we spent the week walking the beach, sunbathing, and enjoying the sound of crashing waves at night. The venue is small as advertised but just steps from the beach which is beautiful and clean. It's about a 3 minute walk from the downtown area and not far from any of the amenities you might need. Owners provide beach chairs and beach umbrella. There's a window ac unit which is enough for the entire place. I was there when it was a hundred degrees outside and the inside was fine. It's a great place for a couple. It is connected to another unit so you hear a little bit of those around you but nothing to disturb your stay. Scott and jo Anne did everything to be accommodating for me. The whole place is super clean, which is a big positive for us, and it's got everything you need for a week at the beach - bedroom, kitchen, living room, 3/4 bathroom, your own grill, and even a clothesline and beach chairs for use. The window A/C unit does a pretty good job of cooling the whole place down and is really nice when we go to sleep for the night.
