The place was clean and very nicely decorated. It's small, but the 4 of us thought they made good use of the space. We had issues with the TV but the hosts were quick to respond and try to resolve it. There is no designated driveway for parking one car, which we were told there is. The fridge was covered in sticky stuff I couldn’t get off so I placed paper towel over it. The toaster was so dirty and would not come clean that I had to go out and buy one. We were able to make it into Boston by taking the MBTA commuter rail out of Newburyport. The station was a 15 minute drive from the property. We were able to do a lot of different things. Easy in and out with the owner and perfect for a short getaway. We had a great time and really appreciated the welcome gifts. Tip for those not familiar with Salisbury/Seabrook beach area. Apartment had all the amenities required. Good communication with owner throughout the pre-rental period. Listing said quiet time after 11\. We were there for fourth of July weekend with our three kids, and received texts about noise after 11 each night. I will be more cautious with an owner occupied unit next time. The apartment is perfect for a quiet family or couple. My kids are night owls, so not an ideal situation for us on a holiday weekend. ##### Maria L.
