Bring your mountain bikes or hiking shoes and experience the miles of the Arkansas River Trail System. Free electric vehicle charger across the street. Absolutely no pets allowed in this home. My brother and I had everything we needed available there, and appreciated having two separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The owner has a lot of rules and fails to see the flat bed pillows, handles falling off doors and cabinets (we tightened them), holes in towels, very minimum xtras provided for a 1 week stay (1 serving of coffee). We rented 1 week prior to our stay and had to pay VRBO in full then sign a penalty contract spelling out all the fines before we could get the address and lock code. The only thing it has going for it is a nice size living/dining room, basics in the kitchen and laundry. Owner offered early check in IF available, but then said it would cost $150 if we checked in early without their permission. Lots of rules resulting in fines up to $3000\. I chose the Bock House based on the photos in VRBO. There were no reviews. Far as I know I may have been the first guest. The house is really tastefully remodeled, and so new that the building permit is still in the window. Nice neighborhood, covered parking in the alley, very nicely furnished, all the necessities in the kitchen, including complimentary coffee! I really have nothing at all bad to say about the house. House was tidy with all household amenities that we needed. The only thing I noticed was several outlets were not working. This was obviously an easy workaround, but it did make a few trial and error situations with charging phones/watches and using hairdryer, etc....
