The owner has a lot of rules and fails to see the flat bed pillows, handles falling off doors and cabinets (we tightened them), holes in towels, very minimum xtras provided for a 1 week stay (1 serving of coffee). We rented 1 week prior to our stay and had to pay VRBO in full then sign a penalty contract spelling out all the fines before we could get the address and lock code. The only thing it has going for it is a nice size living/dining room, basics in the kitchen and laundry. Owner offered early check in IF available, but then said it would cost $150 if we checked in early without their permission. Lots of rules resulting in fines up to $3000\. The place is ok but the rules put a real damper on staying here. ##### Kathleen E. Cute property that is just a short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. House was tidy with all household amenities that we needed. The only thing I noticed was several outlets were not working. This was obviously an easy workaround, but it did make a few trial and error situations with charging phones/watches and using hairdryer, etc....
