There is another dog on the property, and we ask that you would respect our quiet hours from 10pm-7am. \~Owner does have outdoor monitors All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions. \~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest. \*\*This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Big, well-stocked kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, cozy space on table with plenty of board games to play and even a piano. Very comfortable.The house is situated in a stunning location with 360 views of the mountains and decks for watching the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains. The house is on a quiet road so feels like being in the countryside yet Salida is only a very short ride away and can easily be reached by walking, or cycling, down the bike path which runs in front of the house. Thus it provides a lovely mix of country living with the lively town of Salida close by and with access to trails along the river or up into the hills above the town. The views were amazing, it was about 2 miles from town, and on a somewhat busy road, but we had no problems with that. The property management was terrific, great information provided in advance and when we left a few items they quickly had them mailed to us! It had everything, and then some, needed to cook and be comfortable. It is an older house with some history right on a bike path in between Salida and Poncha Springs. It was very easy to get to either town. The owners wrote a brief synopsis of the house, but I would love to know more.
