« Wonderful large lodge ideal for our family. Most relaxing time ever. The lodge had everything we needed, Beds were very comfortable with lovely soft linen and the site was remote and quiet but slightly out of season which suited us, can’t imagine getting too noisy though as good space and double glazed. « The accommodation is nice enough, but not amazing. It’s not the most modern or new decor. The furniture is very large for the space and all the cupboards and drawers could use a declutter. Very busy feeling inside. We visited in covid times, so there were no facilities at the site - the cafe was never open. The location didn’t suit our family. It’s too far to walk in/out of salcombe with kids, which meant we had to drive. Parking in salcombe isn’t easy to find and is ‘pay and display’ so we were...
