### Cozy Studio Cabine in Sainte Maxime - Pool, Parking, Near Beach

The Préconil estate offers a large, green park and a lovely communal swimming pool with a paddling pool for children. The residence, secured by a gate (access via key fob), includes ample visitor parking. From there, you can easily walk to the town center or the beach via the footbridge that spans the Préconil stream.  
  
This air-conditioned holiday apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a television, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a sleeping alcove with a double bed. A charming 10m² loggia offers a peaceful setting with pleasant views of the greenery and the residence. This very functional apartment includes a washing machine. The loggia is sunny in the morning and shaded by umbrella pines in the afternoon. A private parking space is included.  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
