This caused more frustration. Had we known this was an unstaffed hotel, we would have chosen some other location. Fortunately, for others who were also having the same experience and didn't know how to access an unstaffed hotel, we were also coming out of the lobby, and kindly let them in so they could go through the experience we just had.
