### Charming country cottage near the Pilat

The cottage is located in a farm building at an arborist's (of which Thierry represents the 3rd generation), it has independent access, parking and private land. Large living room of 45 m² with a living room including lounge, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom. All the openings are west-facing, to the setting sun, not overlooked. Electric heating included in the rental. Outside, a dining area, a bowling green and games for children. You will love living in the countryside, overlooking the greenhouses and orchards, with a superb view of the surrounding countryside, the village and the Pilat Natural Park. Ideal environment for mountain biking, walks, hiking. Shops in the village are easily accessible on foot, and the village of St-Romain is 10 km from the Lyon / St-Etienne motorway, so ideally located, whether you are staying for vacation or business reasons. Your outdoor space consists of a courtyard with a table, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue. You also have access to a large meadow to take full advantage of the south-facing location, with maximum sunshine. The St-Martin la Plaine Zoo is 3 km from the house.

Please note that in case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged.
