The Space: Welcome to this 76 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure, quiet residence with elevator in sunny Saint-Raphaël. Designed for up to 4 guests, the space offers: A bright living room opening onto a large 30 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing with a drink. A fully equipped Provencal kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware you need. A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for kids or friends. A second bathroom for added convenience.
