## Logement
This beautiful apartment in Saint-Raphaël is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located on the ground floor, this 31 m² studio can accommodate up to four guests. Its location is perfect for fully enjoying the sea, the coves, and the Santa Lucia port, all accessible on foot in just a few minutes.

The sleeping area includes two 90 x 140 cm bunk beds, perfect for children or friends, as well as a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two people. Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning fee and are subject to an additional charge.

The kitchen is functional and equipped with an oven, microwave, raclette grill, and coffee maker. The apartment also has a television and a washing machine, ideal for longer stays. A bathroom completes this space.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

To fully enjoy sunny days, a small garden with a terrace and barbecue is available. This outdoor space is perfect for convivial meals or relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

Guests have access to a private parking space, as well as a convenient drop-off and pick-up area.

The large Sunday market in Fréjus is also a must-see. Those who enjoy boat trips will appreciate the direct ferries to Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, the Lérins Islands, and Porquerolles. The Louis de Funès Museum will delight history buffs, and a large Leclerc supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.
