The flat has secure, enclosed parking and all the comforts you need for a great holiday (washing machine, oven, microwave, towel dryer, toaster, television, air conditioning, dishwasher, etc.). It has three real beds and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Located on the 4th floor without a lift (access via an internal staircase), you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the Roquebrune rock, the roofs of the old town of St Raphaël and the cathedral. The flat comprises a living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC and a small balcony. All linen and towels can be provided on request. Additional cleaning and linen costs to be paid on site, please contact me for details of the various options. Les prestations de la location sont conformes à la description et aux photos. Nous pensons même y retourner la saison prochaine. Même si nous n'avons qu'échanger par sms, je trouve le propriétaire fort sympathique et à l'écoute de ses vacataires. Jul 27, 2018 #### Nice apartment in good location The apartment was nicely furbished, clean and tidy, and was situated within a few minutes walk from the town centre as well as the beaches, while in a very quiet area near a boulangerie and a supermarket. Both the owner and the host couple were very friendly and helpful. The wifi worked fine, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, we didn't use the dishwasher since it was awkwardly placed under the sink. The air-conditioner was not of the newest model, but worked fine to keep the living room and the partitioned bedroom cool. We would happily return to this apartment. ##### Malin M.
