Nestled on a 210-hectare park, the resort features five seasonal swimming pools (available from April 6th to November 3rd), a children's pool, boccia courts, and a children's playground with slides and swings, providing ample outdoor recreation opportunities for guests of all ages.

Within the complex, visitors can indulge in the spa area (additional fees apply), enjoy shopping facilities, and utilize the laundry services (extra charge). For convenience, there is an E-charging station on-site. Nearby amenities include a shop, grocery store (500m), supermarket (6km), restaurant, bakery (500m), and a bus stop (300m) serving the "Ligne 21" line. The "Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV" railway station is 9 km away. The property is car-free, with no lift access. You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that spans 28 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as a flat-screen TV. There is also an exit leading to the terrace from the living room. The apartment features one small bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-appointed with a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The bathroom is separate from the WC. Electric heating is available throughout the apartment. Outside, you will find a 30-square-meter terrace with furniture, offering a delightful view of the sea. Additionally, a washing machine is provided for your convenience. Internet access (WiFi) is available for an extra charge.  
  
Other Information  
Your vacation accommodation is a non-smoking unit, and it is equipped with a smoke alarm. A reserved parking space, number 2514, is included; it is roofed and suitable for one car with a maximum height of 180 cm. Please note that this offer is made by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI. The maximum capacity of this apartment is suitable for two adults and two children.
