Located on the second floor (out of 2), you will enjoy a pleasant 9 m² open terrace with parasol and a tastefully renovated interior. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with separate WC and a living room with 3 beds of 90 cm opening onto the terrace. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning for comfortable stays in all seasons. Underground parking space included in the rental price. Cap Estérel is a preserved domain of more than 200 ha in the Agay sector in the commune of Saint-Raphaël. Several golf courses dot the area, between the sea and the mountains, with a view of the Estérel massif. With the rental, you benefit from access to the 5 swimming pools of the aquatic area with whirlpool baths, waves and slide. Many activities are on site for young and old. Easy access from the train from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station and the TER stops in Agay and Dramont (connection by small train to the estate). You will be welcomed by a site specialist concierge who will be able to guide you effectively. A deposit of 500 € for the rental and another deposit of 70 € for cleaning will be requested on arrival.
