This 86 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two additional toilets, accommodating up to four people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine.  
  
Highlights of this accommodation, located just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, are its landscaped outdoor area, extended by a covered terrace with views of the sea, the river, and the Estérel mountains. The property is on the edge of the Esterel natural site, offering opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other activities. Water sports and sea excursions are also available. #### Tolle Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage und drei Schlafzimmern und toller Terrasse. Cons: Leider war das WLan manchmal etwas langsam.
